Germany captain and goal keeper Manuel Neuer in the World Cup match against Austria on Saturday due to broken legs in the middle of eight months is a long time to return to international action.
Andreas Köpke, a goalkeeper coach from the training school in Eppan, said: "He will play with his hand, nothing will happen to him."
"These are the games you need, a real test, and later we have to decide that everything will be fine."
German coach Joachim Loew said Neuer will travel to Russia as a goalkeeper in the World Cup from 14 June to 15 July.
Löw had four players and 27 players for the training camp and the list of four maneuvers for 23 years was canceled before surrendering to FIFA on Monday.
Neuer, 32, was in the field for the first time since his injury on Monday and played in 30 minutes against Germans under 20 years. He reiterated on Wednesday against the same opposition.
"Manuel wants to be 100% top-rated in these games and they will help you to refuse his confidence," said Koepke.
Assistant coach added: "There is no difference in training (with Neuer), as if it never stops."
When Neuer returns, Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen will fill a number and cut himself a year later.
"He knows this," said Koepke at Ter Stegen, with whom he and Loew talked about potential election campaigns.
"Manu is our captain, world champion, we try everything, so she works for them, obviously Marc-Andre wants to play, but he can withstand the situation."
